El único inconvenientes es que no siempre hay pesca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;INGREDIETES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Besugo, 1 Kg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; Aceite de oliva, 4 cucharadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; Diente de ajo, 5 unidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; Guindilla,  a gusto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; Vinagre de vino, 1 cucharada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; Sal y pimienta a gusto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"&gt;RECETA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Sazonar y pimentar el besugo, pintar ligeramente con aceite de oliva. Con el horno precalentado, introducir el besugo y a potencia fuerte, durante 10 minutos aproximadamente (el tiempo dependerá del grosor del pescado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Mientras tanto, poner el aceite en una sartén, dorar los ajos pelados y fileteados junto con la guindilla o pimentón rojo, cuidando que no se quemen. Retirar del fuego y agregar el vinagre. Sacar el besugo del horno y regar con el preparado anterior.
